The venue

This vintage and rustic artist loft is the entire top floor of a former potato chip factory, built in 1930. It retains all the charms, quirkiness, and classic appeal from the 1980s when Greenpoint was the wild frontier of New York artist live-work space. Lots of natural light and windows throughout the loft. Raw industrial elements such as brick (exposed and white washed), wooden beams, 12 foot ceilings and original factory accents (like our apocalypse style trap doors!). Decorated with a warm but minimalistic aesthetic and a focus on multi use spaces makes this loft a filmmakers dream! Featuring 10+ "locations." Half of the loft is residential including a master bedroom with private roof access, kitchen/dining room and bathroom. We have 2 dogs here at the loft named Shani and Millie. They usually remain in their kennels at all times during rentals; however, if you or your crew are dog lovers they are ALWAYS happy to come out and meet people. Just ask us! Treats provided :) 3. While the property is located on a fairly quiet street, the building is not sound proofed. 4. We are located on the 3rd floor of a walk up building with no elevator. Please be advised in case anyone on your team has mobility issues! 5. Please make your crew aware of our COVID protocols in advance. We have vulnerable people on the premises.
