Don't let a venue's poor reception complicate your important day! • Professional Staff: We can provide a full bar team, staff and/or experienced event manager to make your event seamless and enjoyable. • Dedicated On-site Manager: A dedicated on-site manager is included with your booking to assist with guest entry, cleanliness, and any questions throughout the event. This ensures that everything runs smoothly and allows you to focus on enjoying your event. • Additional Tables and Benches: Our space includes 8 mini folding tables and benches, with seating for up to 20 people. If you're hosting a dinner or seated event, this setup is perfect for your needs. Please let us know in advance if any additional setup is required. • Acoustically-isolated Basement: Featuring carpets, cozy couches and oversize beanbags, this second area is ideal for breakout sessions and private discussions. • Multi-zone Hue lighting system on both living room and basement floors allows you to design the perfect ambiance for any occasion. • Restrooms: three oversize marble-floored bathrooms with restored vintage fixtures available for guests' use. • Load-in/Entrance Info: entrance is through a hallway with 33-34.5" width within the first four feet, and expands to 39". One right turn immediately upon entering, then a left turn down a short 10-15ft hall, then a right turn down a 20ft hallway. • Full-Functional Chef’s Kitchen: features a top of the line gas oven / stove with 6 burners, perfect for culinary creations. In addition, there is an enormous marble kitchen island enabling you to elegantly present lunch, snacks and beverages to your guests. • Weekend Rate: Our $200/hr rate is for Monday to Thursdays only. Friday to Sunday rates are $250/hr. After midnight rate also applies hourly at 12mn to 6am, of $350/hr. Our staff can assist with this if requested. • Feel free to use any appliances in our fully-stocked kitchen (industrial Vitamix, plates, cutlery, glasses, serving platters, pots and pans, cake stands, etc.), as long as they are washed and put back. • Our loft is the perfect backdrop for your upcoming meeting, offering a unique and unforgettable experience for all your guests.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit

Guest pays a non refundable deposit of 25% on the day of booking. The remaining balance is paid 30 days before the event start date. Cancellations will not be refunded.
