The venue
One-of-a-kind loft in a landmark building which most notably served as the home to world-famous artist Willem de Kooning. The cast-iron buildings were constructed in 1866. This loft space is 2200 sq ft, with high ceilings all plenty of natural lighting, this space is the perfect space for all types of events due to its clean blank canvas. The de Kooning Classic can be rented along with the 1200 Sqf de Kooning loft located on the same floor. This space is centrally located and is ideal for intimate gatherings, dinner parties, photo/video shoots, press releases and corporate functions.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 Day
Guest may cancel a booking up to 90 days before event start and will be fully refunded. Cancellations made later will be refunded 50% of the booking, up to 14 days before the event start. Cancellations made later will not be refunded.
