The venue
Our space is located in the gorgeous location in NYC. It's a premiere spot for photo shoots and events with over 3000 square footage, natural light, terraces, and a view of downtown New York City. On site amenities include kitchen access, wifi, and elevator access to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience. Our event space has been used for a variety of purposes from a gorgeous candlelit nighttime wedding all the way to Fashion week cocktail parties and office intimate dinners. Our studio space is used by clients in the Fashion, Film and Photography industries as we offer a state of the art cyclorama, photography equipment, and a full set.

Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit
Guest pays a non refundable deposit of 25% on the day of booking. The remaining balance is paid 30 days before the event start date. Cancellations will not be refunded.
