This two-level NOMAD penthouse loft venue, located in an upscale doorman building in the heart of Manhattan, is a grand space for all your event needs. With high ceilings, central air conditioning, adjustable spot lighting and a fully-equipped kitchen, the premier Manhattan loft event space is a superb New York City venue for weddings, sweet 16s, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers, product launches, fashion shows, trade shows, cocktail receptions, fundraisers, art exhibits, corporate holiday parties, and more. Both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies can be easily accommodated. The 5,000 sq. ft. indoor loft space, accommodating up to 300 people for cocktails and 160 for formal dinners, has windows on all four sides offering dramatic city views, marble bathrooms, polished oak floors and a professional sound system. The loft is also furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, ottomans, couches, coffee tables, chairs, a VIP/bridal room, adjustable lighting, coat check room and ficus trees. Two passenger elevators and one freight elevator open onto the floor. Lounge furniture and an illuminated bar are available at no additional cost. The venue has its own in-house production company that carries TV screens, up-lights, gobo lights, draped ceilings, a variety of chandeliers, and illuminated high-top tables and ottomans. The 4,400 sq. ft., 360-degree wrap-around rooftop terrace has an exquisite landscaped garden and is also available for both social and corporate NYC events. The terrace can accommodate up to 150 people standing and 100 for a sit down dinner. This venue is the perfect setting for your meetings, social events and cocktail parties. The terrace is known for its breathtaking views of the Empire State Building, the famous Marble Collegiate Church, as well as other stunning views of Manhattan. The Terrace features a retractable enclosed rooftop so the Terrace can be utilized year-round, a dedicated modern lobby and a newly-designed private elevator that opens onto the Terrace. The Terrace is equipped with AC/heaters to keep you and your guests comfortable regardless of the weather. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 Day
Guest may cancel a booking up to 90 days before event start and will be fully refunded. Cancellations made later will be refunded 50% of the booking, up to 14 days before the event start. Cancellations made later will not be refunded.
